Everyone. Whether you are a school, community, institution or individual - you can participate in B'lev Echad by learning for the worldwide siyum, watching the live broadcast of the hachnasat sefer torah & siyum, and/or participating in the 8-for-8 mitzvah campaign.
How can an individual participate?

What is the purpose of B'lev Echad?
To unite the global Jewish community in commemoration of these eight students and the Torah to which they were so committed.
How much does it cost to participate?
Nothing, B'lev Echad is not a fundraising campaign and is not soliciting funds.
